Welcome to Frittenwerk Stuttgart Milaneo, where fries are elevated to art form amidst the vibrant culinary scene of Stuttgart. Nestled in the lively Mailander Platz, this eatery serves up an enticing array of hearty, soul-warming fries, inspired by the beloved Canadian dish, poutine. The moment you step inside, you're enveloped by the comforting aroma of freshly fried potatoes, hinting at the mouthwatering experience that awaits.
Cuisine Type: Fast Casual, specializing in Fries and Poutine
At Frittenwerk, the star of the menu is undoubtedly the Poutine. Picture this: a generous portion of perfectly crisp fries, topped with luscious gravy, cheese curds, and a variety of enticing toppings—all crafted with love and an irresistible touch of addiction. Whether you opt for the classic poutine or the adventurous Tijuana Street Fries featuring zesty spices and fresh flavors, you're in for a treat that transports your taste buds to new heights.
For those who crave something a bit lighter, the menu also offers crunchy salad bowls bursting with colorful veggies and house-made dressings—ideal for a refreshing contrast to the decadence of fries. And for snacking enthusiasts, the Snacks section promises more than just mere sides. It’s an invitation to indulge in delightful morsels that perfectly complement your main dish.
Each fry is cooked to golden perfection, crisp on the outside yet tender on the inside, all fried in 100% plant-based oil. This dedication to quality is evident in the fresh and flavorful dips, crafted from exclusive house recipes that are sure to satisfy even the most discerning palates.

we took tijuana street fries and chicken swarma poutine. Both were good. Just sprinkle some salt and add some lemon juice to the guacamole it will taste much better. And about the cut selection- I would say garlic fries were better than the regular hauscut fries.

Always a good option if you love fries. I do so I can only post a foto of an empty portion. It’s a good price-quality-portion rate. It also offers salad bowls if fries aren’t your thing. It can get busy around noon but you have other sitting options at the food court. Remember “Fries before guys!”
